Our innovative products, expertly manufactured from recycled rubber at our Alton facility, are the result of decades of research and development and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Our History
From our first Traficop Speed Cushion in 1993 to today’s cyclist-friendly Sinusoidal Ramp, Rediweld has been pioneering sustainable traffic calming for over 30 years.
1993 – Traficop® Speed Cushions
Rediweld introduced the original Traficop® modular speed cushion, pioneering a surface-mounted design that quickly became a trusted solution for local authorities
1994 – RediKerb Rubber Kerbing
Introduction of RediKerb rubber kerbs, offering a sustainable alternative to concrete kerbing.
1999 – Sitecop Safety Products
Launch of Sitecop safety products, extending our expertise into site safety.
2004 – Installation Services Established
Rediweld begins offering its own in-house installation services, ensuring quicker, safer, and more reliable deployment of traffic calming & cycle segregation products.
2005 – Passive Safety Range
Introduction of Passive Safety products, designed to reduce impact risks and improve roadside safety.
2006 – BusPad
Development of the BusPad, providing improved boarding and accessibility for passengers at bus stops.
2007 – MiniSitecop & Vehicle Stoppers
New site safety and parking solutions added, including compact speed ramps and vehicle stoppers.
2009 – RediPave Traffic Islands
Creation of RediPave modular traffic calming islands, offering flexible, quick-install alternatives to traditional methods.
2010 – 1:16 Ramp
A new ramp system for traffic calming, designed to deliver a smoother transition while reducing vehicle speeds..
2011 – HGV TruckStops
Introduction of durable products for truck stop safety and traffic management.
2012 – London Olympics
Rediweld products, including the BusRamp, played a key role in supporting safe and efficient transport at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
2014–2021 – Orca Cycle Lane Products
With the growth of Active Travel across the UK, Rediweld pioneered Orca cycle lane products, helping to segregate cyclists from motor traffic and improve road safety.
2023 –Innovation Continues
Introduction of the Raised Line Delineator, designed to improve visibility, safety, and separation on busy cycle routes.
2025 – Rediweld Unveils the Sinusoidal Ramp
Launch of the Sinusoidal Ramp, the next generation in cyclist-friendly traffic calming, offering a smoother alternative to traditional speed cushions and humps.
